Absolute joke of a company. We have used VanOrden, Lund & Cannon to file our 2020 and 2021 tax returns. Keep in mind we are the EASIEST tax case you could ask for: married filing joint, one W2 each, no children, one home, and we don’t own a business. We have never received our 2020 tax return. We contacted VanOrden every few months throughout 2021 and every time they said they would “make some calls” or “find answers for us” etc etc. AFTER we filed our 2021 taxes with them, and paid them to do our 2021 taxes, they told us th... read more
