These guys stand behind their product. We tried to install a tune up kit on an older trim-a-break II with no luck. Was able to get in touch with someone and they went out of their way to help. Great experience.
I was looking for a Van Mark I brake for my company. After a few days and a couple calls, I pulled the trigger on the purchase of a brand new one. I had it in a few days, went to pick it up and it was wrapped ready to go and the price couldn’t be beat, I looked. Very happy with my purchase and thank you to the guys in shipping and receiving for helping me load this beauty.

Modern Building Supply sold us a new Van Mark break with missing parts and damaged frame. Never buy from Modern Building Supply they are the worst company to deal with. If you buy a Van Mark, make sure you inspect it before paying good money
