My mother and I recently toured the Van Mall community and we were very impressed. Jon Warner was the one to take care of us. I personally can't think of anyone that has given me such a warm and welcoming feeling . With such a big decision as the one that I am having to make( finding my mom a retirement home to live in). I was told by the RCC when I went for my interview 3 weeks ago that she would look at the schedule and give me a call. She also stated they would be working on my background check. A week later I received a call from somebody named Amy and she requested I bring an explanation for one of my misdemeanor charges from 20 years ago. I did that. Was better before it was sold. Seems to be a money maker for owners rather than carring for residents, maybe due to so much turnover since new ownership.
