Worst experience ever.. they are liars. Please don’t believe a word they say. They will change your prices once your thing are on the truck and if you don’t pay right away in cash they will threaten you. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Please see only a part of the email sent to Vanlines Inc trying to recover part of the expenses and about my experience: Vanlines Inc. I was offered a great job in Florida which meant I had to move from Washington state. I was moving out of a 2-bedroom apartment, so it wasn’t a huge move, just a long distance. I booked with a moving company that gave me a fair price, but when they showed up, the price tripled. Outrageous! I immediately cancelled. This left me only 2 days to find another company.
