Jim was responsible for processing payments between myself and a client over a period of 10 months, in that time, all payments were incorrect, both in amount and the date paid. When trying to investigate/resolve the issue, Jim ignored all forms of communication. Extremely unprofessional. Genuinely shocked at the companies behaviour, not what I was expecting from a professional.
Jim is very knowledgeable and efficient. He took time to help me understand all of the parts my income tax filing and answered all of my questions extreemely patiently. Great Service!
