Unfortunately I had an urgent matter that was promptly booked for an agreed upon date and time, only for me to have to call them when they were late. I was told to reschedule beyond my communicated deadline and then was told to go find another lawyer after I said I can't do that. Very dissatisfied with wasting my time with this firm the other 1 star reviews weren't for nothing. (I have email confirmation with time and date in case they come back and say they never heard of me which is a petty response)
They did not return my call for 32.5 billion dollar cigarette settlement I have severe COPD
Horrible experience was completely useless. Mr van dyke was very cold and far from understanding. Would barely let me get a word out without cutting me off. Overall very unhelpful would not recommend
Sent in a request to chat; assistant seemed impatient and it was pretty obvious they wanted to see if there was a big score on this claim because she kept asking about the value of the case (phone call was less than 3 minutes long, 2 mins of hold as she called when I was leaving my home). Look elsewhere. UPDATE**Note the response from "the owner". The only question you kept asking was how much is the claim worth (making sure you interrupted our 1 minute conversation to keep posing that question). Why not ask what happened? I... read more
