Horrible experience was completely useless. Mr van dyke was very cold and far from understanding. Would barely let me get a word out without cutting me off. Overall very unhelpful would not recommend
Sent in a request to chat; assistant seemed impatient and it was pretty obvious they wanted to see if there was a big score on this claim because she kept asking about the value of the case (phone call was less than 3 minutes long, 2 mins of hold as she called when I was leaving my home). Look elsewhere. UPDATE**Note the response from "the owner".
