I am very disappointed with this nutrition company. When the nutritionist asked me to move our appointment on very short notice, I was more than accommodating and flexible. However, when I needed to cancel with 24 hours’ notice—just short of their 48-hour policy—they refused to waive the $200 cancellation fee. What’s worse, they didn’t even offer a virtual appointment alternative, which would have been a reasonable solution.
