I love my Full Tilt Boogie! Not only is it the best handling CX bike I have ever ridden it is very capable of rode & gravel riding. I got my eye on a Whiskey Tango Foxtrot as the next bike I sneak passed my wife.
Had problems related to frame construction on a lightly used FTB. Called twice. Left messages. Never heard back. Not acceptable
I've been a customer for several years, with the purchase of a Full Tilt Boogie 3 years back, where I was completely happy with the experience and support I got. Sadly, that bike got stolen, so I went back and ordered two more FTBs. First, Edwin and team are incredible in support and standing behind their products, as well as being lightning fast in delivery (I live in California now, and got the bikes in 3 business days).
