Over the past 2 years I have had 6 public defenders on my case. Mark is the only one that would respond or make an appointment with me besides Codey Spear. If I had money to pay an attorney for something around here those 2 would be the only ones I would call. I'm very grateful that I was appointed Mark and feel like I finally have an attorney on my side and not trying to just bully me into a deal. One of worst representation I sat in jail longer than most people do for a petty crime cause of probation hold I had to write the judge to get a bond hearing then that when van der molen did something only cause I wrote the judge when I send him paperwork he was dismissive and yelled at me for sending such material as I wanted to fight the case down kept pushing plea deal I didn’t want forgot state witnesses names he did not fight for me at all he good with murder child molestation charges but when it comes to personal relat... read more
Mark was so helpful when I had questions about a case. He answered all of my questions and told me that I didn’t need a lawyer for what I was doing. I thought that showed so much integrity that he would answer my questions and tell me that I didn’t need to hire him. A lot of lawyers would charge you and tell you that you need them just to make the money. But Mark is so kind and helpful and I will definitely be hiring him as my attorney if I ever need one in the future.
