Disappointed in their work. Looks great at first, but three years after dark stains appeared on places where they patched holes. At four years, veneer they repaired on the sides of a maple dresser was cracking and bubbling. If that is normal for that type of repair, I should have been advised of that and I would not have put the money into getting it refinished.
