Cassandra is amazing! She is so kind and she listens to not only you, but your body. I've booking with her for a little over a year now. Like I always tell her, she is one of my favorite people that I see often. Thanks Cassandra for helping my body and my mind at times. You are such a true person with the best hands in town!!

I've not only worked as a massage therapist but have 30 years of receiving massages. With that said, Kaitlyn at massage and wellness gives a phenomenal massage. I have fibromyalgia and tend to get chronic frozen shoulder. I can often detect when it is about to rear its ugly head so I rush to a therapist. It has never been stopped in it's tracks! Until Kaitlyn! She helped my shoulder out of what was about to lock up for who knows how long! Kaitlyn definitely has a healing touch and listens to your wants and needs.

Cassie is excellent! I have been going to her for years. Always leave very relaxed! She is very knowledgeable about muscle movement and how to work muscles. Highly recommend!!
