Took an upfront fee of $2000 for conveyancing and to cover expenses. Did not seem to know how to manage the process. I had to handle it. My bank extracted transfer fees directly from my account. Then John claimed new fees after the fact totalling just short of $2000. Didn't get the transfer of title documentation from him nor even the few dollars he said constituted my retainer refund. Seems my concern was below him and an inconvenience. I feel disapointed in the lack of professionalism.
