I couldn't be happier with Marty's work! I have admired Marty's work for some time now and then, the chance for the mini-session came up. I am so happy that I took advantage of the opportunity! Scheduling a time was easy and Marty was so accommodating. When we arrived, Marty was so great with my Penny Lane. She tends to be an anxious pup, and he was so patient and calm with her and me! I definitely was not happy with my experience working with Marty. It was difficult scheduling the shoot, and the subsequent review of photos due to lack of communication. He also was not able to get great photos of my dog and seemed inexperienced working with anxious dogs. He made odd comments about his “normal” clients and how they tend to have big houses and that his prices might “freak me out”, and asked me to invite my boyfriend to his sales pitch. Overall not a great experience and I’m not very happy with the print.

If you're thinking about getting professional photos done of your pet... Do it!!! Marty's work is amazing! My dog loved him instantly and they had a lot of fun together taking photos. I'm obsessed with everything I ordered. You will be so happy you had these done.

Our dog Cali’s pretty anxious in new situations, and we were worried she wouldn’t be able to calm down enough to show her sweet side in professional photos. Marty at Van & Bella’s did a great job of letting her unwind at her own pace and come to him. The resulting photos captured her perfectly. We can’t recommend him enough!

Marty did an excellent job with Rocco, our Albino German Shepherd! He took such great care of Rocco during the photo shoot and is a pro when it comes to handling dogs of all personalities. Within a short time Rocco was comfortable around Marty and following his instruction for shots! Would highly recommend to anyone searching for a skilled pet photographer!
