just now I called and specifically asked about clarification regarding their first responder / military discount. I explained that I worked in healthcare and had a visible tattoo and the person on the phone said that I would qualify for that discount. I made an appointment and drove an hour only to be told otherwise. I was told that it could take up to 12 sessions at $120 a piece to remove a small black tattoo 1inch by 1 inch off my wrist.
