I had an issue with a purchase I made after business hours(My mistake). I sent an email to the sales department and also left a voicemail. They open at 8 am. At 8:07 am, I had a response to my email and within minutes of the email, I received a call from the sales team. My issue was resolved quickly. I have never had such a quick response!!! Will definetly visit Valuetronics first for all of my equipment needs.
Had a great first purchase experience. Tony, Dan, Marthe, and Lora made sure I got my order in time as I was working with a tight deadline. Lowest price I could find too!
I love working with this company. This company sells new and use test equipment. Very good at keeping customers in the loop. Just a phone call or email away from assistance.
