I have been filing taxes with ValuesTax since 2014 and so far no complains. I hope they will continue good service.
I had to pay extra money to get my tax paid receipts which they have to process. I am not happy with these guys. All students are going to calculate the tax with many mistakes in the names and other data
Doing taxes with valuestax around 8years and their service is really good so far.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Don't get scammed by these guys. They don't know how to file basic taxes and just loot your money. They did a mistake on my taxes and are charging me for amendment. Save yourself by choosing someone who can help you more personally. I would suggest you to rather do your taxes by yourself than going with these guys.
Do not ever use this company for filing taxes! They are incompetent when it comes to filing taxes. If you make the mistake of filing taxes with them once they will spam you every tax filing season with numerous phone calls, and emails. And they will not listen to you when you will ask them to stop calling or emailing or delete your data
