Honestly, I don’t know what services were performed since the service tech, Erwin, checked off all the boxes listed on the report. And I know he didn’t complete them because I don’t have those physical items on my property. When I asked him why he checked off boxes for services he didn’t complete- his response was ”if it bothers you so much I’ll change the report” So now I get attitude, with poor service.
