Great communication as to when my next appointment is. I appreciate them keeping track for me and it has been seamless. I don’t need to be home when they come, but when I am, the tech is always courteous and professional and asks if I’m having any worries inside or out of my home. They used to leave a pamphlet on my door letting me know they were there if I wasn’t home but they don’t anymore, so my only suggestion would be for them to resume doing so.
