Came in today to close out an account. It was my late wife's account so I didn't need it. The lady manager met me shortly after entering, took my request and followed thru in record time. She closed account and handed me a check for remaining cash in polite professional manner. Very impressive. Were I in need of another bank service this branch would be the one.
Wanted to charge me almost $10 to cash a customer of mine's check. They called it a convenience fee as if they have any option except to do what Their customer ordered them to do. Their customer their depositor said to pay me X not X - some percentage. So if you are foolish enough to bank here consider the fact that they are stealing from people you write checks to
