Very friendly people work there and filing my taxes was quick and simple. I plan on going back.
I used to use another tax service.This year I went with Value Tax, mainly Negaunee they were closer to my home. Glad I did. I got more back than I expected. Very good customer service. Free coffee and snacks while I waited. I will be back again.
Quick and easy, Sheri Dubose knew her stuff and got me significantly more than my previous tax professional.
Dont go to this location. The people they have working there this year do not know what they're doing I went there last year and had a good experience but this year is been total hell
This is the second year I get my taxes done at Value Tax. Last year I had a good experience the ladies were so sweet. This year wasn't so great. Got my taxes done by Shawnte and not only did she mess up my taxes but she had the audacity to get an attitude with myself and my family. We did not yell at her the day she messed up our taxes if anything we were understanding.
