If you want reasonable deals, kind staff and get some actual help. Value pawn has to be worst pawn shop ive been to in my life and this one and the ones on edgewood are the worse managed. -staff tries to sell stuff broke at expensive prices - over charge for stock - customer service is bad If I could give a score less then one it would be a negative five stay away from this pawn shop if you want good service.
Rude! Popped in to pawn a new GPS system. The woman Amanda that dealt with me was extremely rude after I was surprised about the low offer. You work at a pawn shop why are you treating other people like they are beneath you?
I've visited several of the Value pawns in Jacksonville and this BY FAR is the least helpful. Most rude. And the two people I spoke with had the "I DON'T GIVE A DAMN" attitude. Kept me on hold for 10 minutes. Wouldn't take time to see if they had the items I wanted and when I asked to speak to the manager I got put on hold again for another 5 minutes before I finally HUNG UP.
