Very professional, store was very clean. I was very impress about that. Tyree was very helpful professional, and need to become a manger. This was my First time come to this store and will be back and I have to tell more people to come just to this store better the other stores and cleaner
I visited this pawn shop some time ago and I have to say that the experience was clearly a 10/10. One of the staff, Nathaniel, was extremely helpful with helping me select the right chain that I was looking for. Would visit again

I stepped in the Value Pawn & Jewerly shop located in 2626 Simpson Rd., Kissimmee, FL. 34744 and I was looking to buy a gold chain. To my surprise, I was welcomed/attended by a great customer service rep. who went above and beyond by helping me to search on the entire jewerly section of the store but unfortunately at the moment there was no the type of Jewerly I was looking for.
