They told me I couldn’t sell my power tools without the battery but . So I called another one and they said yes we buy power tools without the battery so I took it to them to sell. Definitely will not try to do business with this store again.
Horrible sale tactics Dry energy Manager is rude to their employees
Came in today. Two employees standing around not doing anything. Nobody asked if I needed help. nobody asked if I wanted to see anything. I refuse to buy things at places where I get ignored. Apparently they forgot they're in the business of customer service. I'm not in the business of seller service. You're supposed to sell me things I'm not there to stoke your ego to hope you sell me something.
