Shop somewhere else. I visit pawn shops on a weekly basis, looking for good deals on musical gear and this the absolute worst one I have ever done business with. I bought a used Korg Electribe there. It had no power supply and was missing two knobs. I pointed these flaws out to them and was able to negotiate an OK price but then they tried to force me to buy the "buyer protection plan" (which is always useless, BTW...).
