I purchased a Canon Selphy printer in good faith that it had been tested and was working at the time of purchase. I purchased the paper and ink cartridge then tested it a few days later, and it did not work. I called the store and they told me that I was basically "SOL". I found out they did not have the proper equipment to test it by Eddie. All this over a $34 item. Unbelievable! Horrible customer service!!!
If you're looking for a great deal, this place is awesome! The people are friendly and very helpful. To top it all off, I bought a diamond engagement ring here for $1000, and it turns out to be a genuine Helzberg Diamond. When I brought to the Helzberg store to be cleaned, they appraised it for $6500. I'll definitely be back! I'll NEVER buy jewelry from the mall again!
