Alex Marjorie Orie Maritza Luis Quincy &, Dana, Tomas, George(plus some people from back office) Welcoming Atmosphere, personalities &, very knowledgeable about their merchandise, they always know what's in stock, and will search the data base to find at other locations. I like these people so much I applied for a JOB. So they are NOT hard up for money or Selfish with products. If you don't like Value Pawn on Jimmy Carter... then U need a Check Up from the Neck Up!
Wow..poor customer service. Customers in store drunk.and hanging out.floors are gross..only go if you have to.
They sold me a broken compressor, but refused a refund or even a credit because I didn't catch it within 24 hours. I went in there to make an honest transaction and I was cheated.
Just dont give good deals on loans other pawns give more with better deals.they need a bigger selection..and they need more rises on three prices tbey loan you its just unreal how low they low ball you..
It was not good im a great customer and the black american guy thats there now made me feel little! Hes the supervisor! He said to me your back, no matter how many times i come i pay an get my things out! I wouldnt have expected that from him! If anything he should be glad im coming! An at the same time i have a tv on layaway paying 150.00 a month an purchased the insurance! He made me feel very low!
Be very careful with this business. Most of what they sell is broken. If you don't thoroughly inspect every detail, too bad. It's always your problem.
I bought my ps3 brand new and it did not come with a component or HDMI cable yet they won't accept it without one, which means I would have to take the HDMI from my cable box or buy a new one. To make matters worse, when I asked how that was possible she said she didn't have to accept anything from me. I'll take my business to Godfather Pawn in Cocoa. Thanks.
Don't go here unless you want to purchase stolen items they deal in stolen equipment and when you prove to them that they have your stolen equipment they make you go through the courts to get it back I wouldn't go here just because they're very dishonest they were caught in several lies at which point the police officer decided to write a report with all of this included so now I have to do a writ of replevin through the courthouse but I will be coming for my equipment see you dishonest Pawn Shoppys real soon
