They were fair extremely helpful and friendly and courteous the store is clean and has many great items. I highly recommend them for any of your pawn store needs whether selling or buying.

Wow!!! Didn't expect 2 Ferraris in a Pawn Shop. Class act and really honest people. Very professional. Drove from Downtown to this place and Got my diamond sold for more than anyone else. This place looks like a real Vegas Casino...like nothing you've ever seen. I'm impressed. Keep going strong guys. You've done a hell of a job.

These guys are great, it was my first time using this type of establishment so was not sure of what to expect. They were fair with my loan. I even made a mistake by not reading the fine print but they fixed my problem and all was well. I will use again if needed! Leslie Ireland
IT'S AND ALRIGHT STORE.
My personal experince with value pawn I had a layaway with them since september for my kids christmas and yesterday i went to pay it off to get the phones to buy cases and put the plan on them and they could not find the I phones two days has went by and still can't find the phones. So know my kids can't get what they wanted for christmas. I would not ever return back to this store anymore after this. My kids are going to be un happy because of this two weeks befor Christmas. Sometimes life throws us little curve balls and when that happens it good to have a friend in your corner. Value Pawn has been a friend to me. How refreshing to deal with people that are caring and honest. I would never go anywhere else.
