Horrible! They didn't even look at the item under a loop. Didn't even notice it was numbered. I wound up buying the ring from my friend. After inspecting it I saw an inclusion. Typically numbered items aren't set with CZ's. Even still it was/is 14k. Long story short. I wouldn't believe these people if they said it was raining during a rainstorm.
