When I arrived they would not give me a simple quote on a gold diamond ring and required me to provide a ton of personal information. After about 5 minutes of going through all the steps, they had 2 staff members take another 15 minutes putting the ring through several tests to verify it's worth. After all of this, they tried to rip me off stating that it was stainless steel and offered me $25!!!
