value pawn is the best pawn shop around,i have been using them for many years.I refuse to go to another pawn shop,there prices are reasonable and there service is even better.On a scale from 1 to 10 i would rate them a 10.

I used to buy many items here but recently about 1/2 the time the item was defective and they only warranty items if you pay extra, for limited time store credit only. So I'm very selecitive and test items in-store now. Recently they seemed to have replaced almost the whole staff with young women who are more interested in chatting with each-other than assisting customers. I wanted to say a few words about an employee who helped me today. I am usually treated rather matter-of -fact and as soon as the money changed hands the transaction was over. Today, An employee named Ashley who works in the Titusville store on Cheney Highway really 'WOW'd me. She saw me looking at an item and actually asked me if she could assist me with the item I was looking at. Waited in line for 30 minutes. Seen at least 6 employees but only two were actually helping customers. Finally got up to the counter and got a crackhead offer of $35 for gold that is worth at LEAST 5X in just scrap at current gold prices and these people have "jewelry" in their name. Should avoid doing business there at all costs.
