I used to buy many items here but recently about 1/2 the time the item was defective and they only warranty items if you pay extra, for limited time store credit only. So I'm very selecitive and test items in-store now. Recently they seemed to have replaced almost the whole staff with young women who are more interested in chatting with each-other than assisting customers.
