I used to buy many items here but recently about 1/2 the time the item was defective and they only warranty items if you pay extra, for limited time store credit only. So I'm very selecitive and test items in-store now. Recently they seemed to have replaced almost the whole staff with young women who are more interested in chatting with each-other than assisting customers. Don't go here unless you want to purchase stolen items they deal in stolen equipment and when you prove to them that they have your stolen equipment they make you go through the courts to get it back I wouldn't go here just because they're very dishonest they were caught in several lies at which point the police officer decided to write a report with all of this included so now I have to do a writ of replevin through the courthouse but I will be coming for my equipment see you dishonest Pawn Shoppys real soon
I will never step foot in this place again. I was looking for a 5 hybrid golf club, when I required about one got nothinf but attitude. If you hate your job work do something else. I often look at pawn shops for odds and ends but this place is the worst.
See longer review on yelp. This pawn shop is not disclosing that some of their diamonddiamond are clarity enhanced meaing glass filled and not as valuable as a diamond that isn't. This is a federal violateon by the F.T.C federal trade commission. Have to disclose if not they have to give you a full refund. Thievee in my opinion. Seven year customer and they treat me like this. Took my business to ATM Jewelry & Pawn.. Hands down best pawnshop around..
What a rip off!!! I brought a brand new Milwaukee Combo Kit and they offered me $37.50 on pawn.So I went next store to Cash Pawn and got $100.00.
Great Customer Service – I have dealt with many pawn shops and was always left with the feeling that I had been ripped off. Value Pawn is different. They are proffessional and courteous and always give me what I ask for in my dealings with them. They are unique and I am determined to only do business with Value Pawn.
