This gentleman named Pat that works there is awesome I have a lot of jewelry I had to have checked and he took his time and checked it all and actually worked hard with figuring out what was real and what wasn't for me great employee great energy great everything dude would actually be cool enough to hang out with off the clock.
Black lady that works there doesn’t like her job. ask her to see a pair of headphones, she was acting like I offended her. how can I buy something without looking at it ??? Really bad service. been coming here since I was 5 years old albert ginna and jenny have amazing customer service and are the only reason I changing the one star to a 5 star.
No one is ever in there buying anything . I go in to see if they get any video games , they never have any . They have a few today and want to go to gamestop to get prices . They did say they will do better then gamestop but the funny thing is these games are older and gamestop does not carty them anymore . On top of that the boxes to the games were beat up , no instruction booklets . And knowing how pawn shops work and the games had no item numbers on them , they got them with a system for nothing and still have to try to n... read more
