Waited in line for 30 minutes. Seen at least 6 employees but only two were actually helping customers. Finally got up to the counter and got a crackhead offer of $35 for gold that is worth at LEAST 5X in just scrap at current gold prices and these people have "jewelry" in their name. Should avoid doing business there at all costs.
