Melbourne Value Pawn, Palm Bay Value Pawn. Every one of these pawn shops are nothing but rip off artists. If you check the price of items on the floor, you will find that for a few more dollars you can purchase the items BRAND NEW online. I asked the desk person if we could make a deal (offer) and he said everything was already marked down. It amazes me that idiotic people keep these places in business. I went to this shop to get a quote on some gold I had. It was clearly marked as 14k but yet they tested it, when they tested it they broke the hoop earrings, then handed them back and gave me a low ball offer. I took my gold to another pawn shop and they offered me double what Value Pawn offered me. Value Pawns employees are very unprofessional and rude.
Mike is the guy that works at Value Pawn in Ocala that actually takes the Value name for granted. He will make you feel as if your business is not wanted or valued at his store. Go online OR to another store and save yourself some big money don t do business with this guy.
They sold me a pearl ring and the pearl came off the first day. It was lost and they said all they could do for me is remount it if I found it :(
