This lawyer held back 2000 in Trust on a sale for work to be done. In the end they stopped responding to my lawyer and kept my money.

We had hiccups with this firm. Our experience with this firm was indeed, not Value. The updated agreement including our property taxes payment method (monthly or lump-sum yearly) to our broker and we were ultimately double charged for property taxes for months. Small but critical details were missed. The hassle we had to deal with this company was stressful as young first time home buyers.
