Do not use. Extremely stressful for a first time home buyer. Was always the one emailing to try and get answers of what we needed. Has excuse after excuse why they couldn’t get it done by our closing date and had zero remorse.
I reached out to Value Law Lawyers because I’m currently in a difficult situation with a rent-to-own agreement and needed some legal assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with them was extremely disappointing. They didn’t take the time to hear me out, offer any guidance, or even suggest someone who could help. Can’t say enough good things about this company! On a tight timeline and Catriona was quick and helpful through the whole process! Jim was great to deal with through the final steps, always making sure customer satisfaction was at its peak! We will definitely use them again in the future!
I would never recommend Value Law. This was our first home purchase, and we trusted Value Law to guide us through the legal process. Unfortunately, they did not have our best interests in mind and failed to do their due diligence in several critical areas.
