I was driving on 95 south in Hartford Co, MD. A Value Industry truck veered into my lane brushing the side of my pick up. I tried to get the attention of the driver for 3-4 miles as he blatantly tried to avoid me by slowing down to almost 35 MPH. I finally called the number on the side of his truck. Got a hold of two men. They called the driver. He finally stopped in Whitenarsh, denying that he put the marks on the side of my truck.
