Unfortunately, very poor service from this broker. - not responsive on issues with the load - avoiding communication when problem occurs - wrong info on RC, that causing extra work, extra miles etc. - Had appt for 7pm.Got there 6:47pm, loaded at 1am next day...not paid for detention. - after couple days trying to get some compensation, got an answer that the load is "already" closed and that we be paid compensation on the next load we book with them. - They guy we booked the load Shlomo just disappeared after booking...other... read more
