Very unscrupulous people Don't trust what they tell you until they do it. Told lies about picking up a mattress after delivering the new one bought and never picked it up and refused ever making that promise when there were other witnesses there. Don't do business with these people They are not honest and all they care about is making money.
Salesperson(man) & delivery guys are unscrupulous and dishonest people. Bought a box spring and mattress from this shop located at Columbus Square on 2/11/2026 on the condition that after delivery, they will take out the old ones and dump them in the trash. We agreed on this term, and I made sure it was repeated in the presence of a staff who works with me.
