Worse service in the world. The most appalling service I have ever had. My notes weren't read before my appointment. My details weren't in the computer despite the fact I had previously filled in all the paperwork. Bring back Value Hearing. I would have walked out, the only reason I didn't was that I had bought a package. Take my advice go elsewhere
Dr Raza was clear, concise and informative. I found his assessment on my hearing requirements helpful and it enabled me to make a decision as to which hearing aids would best suit my needs without feeling pressured into purchasing them without being fully cognizant. Today, I enjoyed "hearing" again and was delighted with the quality of sound and outcome. Thank you, Dr Raza. Dr Raza has not transitioned to Lions Hearing Institute.
They are a scam. They don’t legitimately honour warranty. They don’t give you your contractual benefits unless you ask. Try to make you pay for services which are free in your contract. Hearing aids have never worked properly. They tell you they are sending your hearing aids for a warranty check but they don’t send them away and they don’t work when you pick them up and leave with them from their premises. Go somewhere else.
