You can call them if you are worried about anything with your aids and they can help you on the phone as well. I always leave the clinic feeling bouyed by their attention to detail and attentive consideration.

I spoke to Anthony over the phone who was very kind to asks around for availability in other branches as my case is an emergency. He got back to me right away and booked me at their Chatswood clinic. Louise was the best audiologist. Very warm, compassionate and very helpful. Super grateful here.
Superb. I initially called the info line to schedule, but had some more technical questions about the tests performed and the lady at the reception put me through to an audiologist in Neutral Bay (I think his name was Shane), he was very helpful. I then booked in at the Chatswood clinic with Kate. She was absolutely wonderful. Kate was very knowledgeable, caring, and took her time explaining everything to me. I would definitely recommend her!
