I came in on a week day after work with my 2 daughters looking for a new couch. 2 other customers in the store. We shopped around a good half hour and not one person offered help or even approached us. Selection was not amazing did have a couple that I may have considered if someone was able to answer my questions.

Value City Furniture in Cranberry has some of the best customer service I have had at any establishment. Truly from the time I walked in, every single salesperson had a huge smile on their face and wanted to help me find the right fit for me, even if it meant less money for them. Excellent Service! From beginning to end everyone was very good at their jobs including the Delivery Team from West Mifflin. Decent deals and pleasant staff. Ann, Matt, and Nathan helped me find exactly what I was looking to buy. I definitely recommend this place for nice furniture and mattresses.
Jocelyn is always some and looks out for us and her pleasant to work with bought a couch last time we’ve moved on to beds
