I want out there to buy couch last Saturday January 28 and want to pick it up today and they just told me that they don't have it now they sold it I asked them what you meant I have the receipt from Saturday and we agreed on me picking it up today to show proof of me buying it and photos of it sold tags on it they said all sales are final and no refund so they sale stuff to you and then before you come over with a truck to get it they will sale it to someone else to make double the profit and won't give you what you pay for ... read more
Absolutely terrible. Sales rep talked our ear off about how fast they could deliver the furniture and nobody else but them would have it to us before Thanksgiving. 3 delays later and it's coming on New Years Eve (supposedly...) Delays happen I understand, but there's been no accountability whatsoever and they don't take it well when customers are understandably frustrated. They're not understanding and at times rude when we ask followup questions and they provide no explanation for the delays at all. This last time, they did... read more
We ordered a plush sofa with feather cushions from VC. It was delivered today and the armless piece has foam and not feathers. After looking at the order, we realized the manager input the wrong piece. Now because they filed bankruptcy, they can’t do anything to remedy the situation. So, we’re stuck with it. So incredibly irritating!
