We had a great experience at the Cranberry store thanks to Nathan! He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—no pressure, no sales tactics, just genuine assistance. Nathan really took the time to listen to our needs and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. It was refreshing to work with someone so knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend asking for Nathan if you’re visiting the Cranberry location!
This is rose mance sharing an experience I had at the value city furniture store in cranberry. Thanks to Eric helping my husband and myself with a visit to the store. He was very kind,knowledgeable, and helpful. Thanks to Eric our visit was excellent. We bought the living room set after Eric resolved several problem and because of Eric we will continue to go back.
UPDATED REVIEW: Initial Review: 5 Star service from both the Value City team and the Acima team as well (Marty) I walked in knowing what I wanted and they never pressured me to stray from my decisions. 100% recommend working with this store. UPDATE: My chair broke. They came out to take pictures in Feb2025 told me they would pick the chair up within a week. I kept calling finally now In May they say the chair has been discontinued and now I have to reselect however they have nothing that will match my couch set. And the expe... read more
OMFG!!! BOUGHT 2 Sealy Bala Poufs online.... One pouf was fine the other was not good at all. Called customer service last Friday. He wasn't helpful at all. First saying that I had to return it to Boardman, OH, I was like, WOW... I'm 45 mins from there. Remember I paid for delivery, awwww sooo up set, so I told him there's Value City in Cranberry now. He said I could take it there, then went to return it to them just to be told no, you have to return it to a warehouse and take it to Robinson witch is another 45 mins. So, hea... read more
