We went and got a new sectional couch and swivel chair at the end of June, the salesman was really nice and helpful great customer service from everyone that works there! We got our delivery of our new furniture on August 6th, the delivery guys were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I would of have it 5 stars but before they left the delivery guy mentioned to me that the metal lip to attach the sectional together was missing(the factory just forgot to put it on) so he said that someone from the store works reach... read more

Beyond our expectations! Jocelyn and Jay were extremely knowledgeable and addressed all our concerns without tryig to over sell. Initially we purchased our selection of furniture for our new Patio Home. When we went into pay Jocelgn told us about bumping our sales up to save 20%. Perfection we needed a mattress and did NOT realize VCF sold mattresses! Jay who previously worked for Mattress Warehouse ws the most informative mattress salesperon I ever dealt with. Do NOT shop here!!!!! My fiancée and I went to every furniture store in our area looking for a new sectional couch last week. Due to the dimensions of our living room, we needed a specific sized couch and found something that would be perfect for our space at ValuCity. The sectional we wanted had 3 pieces to it.
