We have been VC customers for over 50 yrs. No complaints until now. Worst customer service, poor product & deliveries are a joke. We had several false delivery dates since well before Christmas & it is now the end of Jan. We ordered 2 recliners & a console & recd 2 chase lounges...are you kidding me? Another week to be resolved. One recliner has a hard lump in the seat & it snaps closed sounding like it slams in to a 2x4, waiting for the entire chair to collapse! And no one ever answers the phones! Exhausted
What an unexpectedly delightful experience! Although parking can be a bit challenging during busy hours, the store's unique selection more than makes up for it. The customer service was exceptional—Tracy greeted me warmly and was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant. She helped me choose a perfect piece of furniture for my coffee bar. I was given everything I needed to take measurements at my new home, and I plan to return once those are done. I’ll definitely be back when I’m looking for more furniture.
I bought a server and a table. They were delivered with damage. The two men who delivered didn't even speak English and barely said two words to me. Three of the chairs look like they were displays, covered in dust and with damage to the corners. The server had two gouges on one edge and I was told it was just a characteristic of the wood. Like I'm blind and I can't see the gouges are gouges and are nowhere else on the matching table/chairs or the rest of the server. There are two small parts that are clearly damaged.
