The prices and sales are incredible
We purchased a triple reclining leather sofa from Value City in Calumet City in July of 2024.In November of 2025 one section just stopped reclining and is partially stuck.My wife and I are the only 2 people in the home and it stuck while I was using it to come back to it's normal position after reclining on one of the rare times I've actually used one of the sections that I sit on. I'm very dissatisfied with this product as I'm having to search for someone who can fix this piece of CRAP!!
The moving guys were very helpful and completed the assembly of our bed in a timely manner right where we needed it. Thank you very much guys!!
