I am currently in search of a new sofa set. I Visited Value City furniture today. Louise assisted me with any questions I had. She was not pushy but friendly and helpful. I did not purchase yet because I have a few more decisions to make such as colors, and size of sofa. The store was clean, and organized. Also there were plenty of accessories and pictures. I feel when it’s time to make my final purchase I’ll go back.

Took my mom shopping for her sofa. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a kind gentleman by the name Napoleon. He was so kind and attentive to what we were looking for. Didn’t feel pressured to buy. But was very helpful with any questions we had. I had already gone to 2 other stores and were kinda set on something from another big company.
