As soon as we walked in we saw the perfect lift/recliner chair that was perfect for our needs and our space. The price was just as good. The sales person was very helpful, up beat, and positive. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thank you.
VCF really had me upset with the administrative mistake on my furniture delivery.. But the customer service I recieved from Beata at this store made a bad day for me and my family a lot better. The store completley owned up to the mistake and corrected the issue. Thanks so much again VCF Orland Park for getting my issue worked out and for displaying the unwaivering professionalism.
