We were shopping for a dining room table set and William Townsend greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Asked what we were looking for and William and Lindsay Zakerski took us up to the 3rd floor and we found exactly what we’ve been looking for! Super friendly store as well as professional and they went out of their way to help us find the perfect set. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!
I was in the store and picked out a recliner couch. At first, the sales associate said it wasn't available but then immediately said it was. Took my cash then called me 2 hours later and said it wouldn't be available until Dec.5th. A week later called again and said it now wouldn't be available until Dec. 25th. I wanted to come to the store to get my money back but now I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get sent a check. I have a hard time believing that the store doesn't have $1000 in cash. Although my experience in store with Lisa went well, every experience after did not. We ordered the sofa there with them and took the ottoman home, expected delivery was about 1 1/2 month later on October 23rd. Well a month passes by and we get a call pushing the new date to November 23rd, no apologies, no empathy, no other options, nothing. Just a the warehouse has delayed your sofa okay? Great goodbye. Another follow up call comes maybe 2 weeks later with another push back to January and once again no empathy or alternativ... read more
