Our delivery team was fast, efficient, respectful and super nice!! My salesperson was amazing as well and kept us in the loop about what was going on with delivery etc. Would definitely go with Value City again!!

I was couch shopping, and Value City was my first stop. I wasn’t sure what I was really looking for, but I liked after being greeted I was encouraged to walk around on my own. Jon Cooper took me up to the 3rd floor to see additional couches, as well clearance ones. I found a beautiful sectional at 1/2 price, the color and size were just what I was looking for.
