We recently purchased a full bedroom set, accessories, and a mattress with a mattress cover from Value City Furniture on Nicholasville Road, and the entire experience has been an absolute nightmare. The initial delivery was incomplete — they forgot to deliver the mattress pad cover and also brought the wrong size bunkie boards. Window shopping on a walk from buying bourbon. Saw a couch that I knew from experience was comfortable. Walked in, I was immediately told we close in 5 minutes. Not even a hello. Ok fair, I’m tired too. Looked at it. $4k. I offered $3k within. 2 minutes. (they used to negotiate). Price is the price. Ok. 0% financing? Ok. Measuring in my head.
