Junk furniture and junk warranty! I have a power reclining couch that’s a little over a year old. One side has stopped reclining. Warranty that I paid extra for because it will cover anything, doesn’t cover it because I don’t know the exact day it happened. I should also mention first couch was delivered broken so had to pick a new one.
I had a few issues with my order however returning to the store I was met by a sales team member Jayme whom in return took me to the store manager Steve. I am very much satisfied both Steve and Jayme cared about my concerns and handled them immediately. I would like to say thank you to the both of you and I will continue to shop with Value City I appreciate you both
Purchased a new couch. I love it! From the sale with Keilan to the delivery team I had an amazing experience! I was treated with courtesy and respect. Everyone was extremely professional and made sure I was happy with everything. Thank you Value City Furniture! 5 Stars!!!
