Went into the store and bought a 3 piece living room set and was told it would have to be ordered which was fine. Pick up was scheduled for roughly 2 weeks after the purchase, the salesman told me that I would receive a reminder/update a few days before pickup, I never received any call, email, or text. I called the day prior to pickup and was told that my items never arrived on the shipment. The person I spoke to said I can pick them up the following Wednesday. Delivery team was great. 2 tables are scratched though and missing wings on the 3 seated couch need to be brought over and put on.
