Didn’t receive all 6 chairs with the dining table . My whole dinning table look is spoiled and manager only has to say I can’t help you, call 877 number , which no one answers . Very rude staff
People here are nice. However, we spent over $4k on a new couch and in less than a year the motor on one of the recliners no longer works and now there are screws falling out of the couch. My last couch was $800 from ikea and lasted longer than this.
Do not shop here. We ordered furniture from them prior to them filing bankrupt. They no longer have what we ordered and are requiring us to jump through hoops and file claims just to get a refund we are entitled to. No one in the stores can help. Only a 1800 number rep who you can’t get a hold of.
