I love my new sofa set. Jemar was super helpful and knew his stuff when I bought my furniture. The delivery team arrived on time, conducted themselves professionally, and quickly installed my furniture. They were efficient and in and out in no time. Excellent team!
I would give zero stars if possible. Sold me a couch set. Picked up the sofa, with an eta for loveseat 2/3 weeks later. The day after I picked up sofa and get into my basement, customer service calls and tells me the love seat will not be available for 5 more MONTHS ! So what are my options, you say ? Cancel loveseat, return couch, pay restocking fee and helpers to get couch back up my steps and to the store. Or Buy a different loveseat that will most certainly NOT match. Tha k you......Great place with great staff and delivery team.....Delivery team (Steven & Isreal) were the best. Fast, efficient, caring for personal property, and courteous to the utmost.
