I am very impressed with the entire team from my sales associate Reggie, the team at the counter every time I had a question, and the flawless delivery team was very skilled and efficient.

VCF as a company dropped the ball massively. Ordered a table for pick up from the Kentwood location 1/31. Pick up was 2/18 and after two days no call, email or nothing from VCF. I call of course and now it’s 4/5, talked to high management in Kentwood after chasing for a week. We settle on waived shipping and a promise of March 16th delivery drop off from Lansing location. Got a call yesterday from Lansing store saying 4/18 for table and offered again to waive shipping but that was already promised. Called corporate they said... read more
Delivery men Brent and Mark were fabulous. Very helpful and apologetic for the delay with my purchase. They are both a great asset. They deserve a raise for saving your rating from me, since it took me 6 months to finally receive my furniture. Because of them, I'd do it again. Thanks again, guys!!!!
