Good furniture great prices
They’re going out of business and I just got a phenomenal deal on a power recliner. They only have like three sales people left so expect to wait for help. Overall satisfied. Sorry they’re closing, I’d come back.
Terrible customer service and worthless managers. Chiefs, Will take your mo ey and not provide product
Went in looking for a coffee table and mattresses. Got absolutely no help and didn’t get offered help even after I walked past multiple sales reps. I eventually asked for assistance on pricing since many items have multiple tags with different pricing and instead of just getting a forward answer I was told “are you looking to actually purchase?” as if depending my answer they would base the customer service I was getting. Worst customer service I have experienced in a while. We ordered two couches online for quick delivery. We are living in a new house in a new development (important for later) with no furniture so this was very important to me. We could not schedule delivery at time of purchase but were told they would call us to schedule. I asked for earliest possible.
