If there was less than 1 star I would give it. We bought a recliner and massive custom couch totaling almost $5k last year. Within five months, the recliners motor is going out, and two of the three recliners on the couch have issues with buttons and not adjusting. We called because we supposedly got an awesome warranty. The first woman at the GEMINI PARKWAY value city not only messed up our address, but caused us to miss the appointment because she entered my address and put in Columbus. The delivery men did a great job with the first delivery but unfortunately, the second delivery will not be coming due to their bankruptcy filing. My Ottoman was never delivered even after several emails and phone calls assuring me it would be.
I bought the extended warranty and filed a claim 2 years later. Have been trying to call for 7 days no answer for any of the 6 options. Edit: after finding that the insurance was sold to a different company, I was able to get the claim approved and have a new couch on the way. I went into the store and worked with the GM to get a new couch to replace my broken recliner. At first I could see he was annoyed but understandable due to the amount of people and lack of employees.
The worst place in the world. They're scammers. I bought a bedroom set supposedly brand new, but it was broken in some parts. I went back to them, told them about it, and showed them pictures of the damage. They replied that they couldn't replace it because they didn't have the same size.
