This place is great if you want to buy furniture you never get and have an incompetent and rude staff act indignant when you call for updates on your order. Apparently the delivery department can’t bother to update customers when their delivery dates are pushed back month after month. I would recommend you not inconvenience them with your business. Ever.
We had livingroom furniture delivered on 11/16/19.by Jose and Wilmer . They were very friendly and provided excellent customer service while setting up the furniture. Thank you !😊
We had a sofa delivered today, Sat. Aug. 24,2019. Mike and Nate were the delivery persons. I can't say enough about how professional and courteous they were! These young men were helpful in setting up and positioning the sofa the way we wanted it. They were friendly and seemed to want to please us. We hope Value City appreciates and commends these young men for the excellent way they represent the store. Sincerely, The Hamletts.
