Absolutely unacceptable delivery and post purchase service, bought our furniture in March, was told it would be here end of May, not a problem we were told that up front, and knew what to expect, it wasn't an issue. Got a phone call mid-April that the warehouse received everything, and was able to deliver early, great I scheduled a week after there anticipated date, so I could get the room prepped, the day before the delivery we get a phone saying something happened to 2 items on the order and they can deliver a week later, ... read more
Their Sales Manager is a TOTAL DOUCHEBAG! My wife and daughter went this past weekend to look at some furniture at the 14 mile and Van Dyke location in Sterling Heights, MI. We found a set that we liked at a price we could afford and asked one of the people there about the mismatched chair that came with the set. He informed us that they had the chair that matched it, so we were excited and asked for a sales Rep. Bought my living room set here after looking at art van and Gardner white and the customer service has been great so far. Allison did a great job helping us out and she was respectful and had a smile on her face the whole time even after I changed my mind and cancelled my first order because I thought I found something at Gardner white. I ended up cancelling my order at Gardner white to come back and shop here and so far I'm glad I did because Allison has made this a good experience. Never been dissapointed I have purchased furniture twice and never had any issues. I have never had any quality issues or poor customer service. The only negative is the salespeople follow you around and THAT is annoying. I will continue to buy from them.

poor quality/poor excuses I ordered a 60" tv console.When I picked it up it had dents, scratches, and cracks in it.They were going to just load it up, untill I asked them to see it, I would have got home and had a fit. They ordered another one and then dents were worse. So they took off the good pieces and put them on the first one. I got home and would you believe the doors won't close, now I have to wait for service. Art Van had a console for $50 cheaper, I should have went with them.
